Cancellation Policy

Hi 🤍 Just a quick reminder that we do have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place to respect our time and preparation for each appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. We reserve this time specifically for you and often prepare medical-grade products in advance, so we truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our schedule.
